Itinerary
We will start the trip in Cusco with the pick up from their respective lodgings around 3 am, then we will make a journey through the South Valley, until you reach the community of Juan Cusipata, The transport will make a stop to enjoy breakfast, and then travel 1 hour to the checkpoint and begin the walk of two hours approximately, until you reach the rainbow mountain.
As we ascend we will be able to enjoy the incredible landscape and the herds of alpacas, llamas as well as the mountain of Ausangate, and many red mountains. You can also observe the flora and fauna of the Andes. Upon arriving at the main viewpoint of Vinicunca or Mountain of Colors, our guide will give us an application on the biography, colors and ecosystem of the mountain. Then we will return by the same route to the beginning of the walk, where the transport will be waiting for us to take us back to Cusco where we will enjoy lunch.
